Here, you can set up the Groups that you want that you can organize your tasks into. (For example: Group 1 can be “Exercising Stuff” and Group 2 can be “Work Stuff”). Feel free to use however many groups you want as it’s just a quick way to organize your tasks by group.

The cool thing about this Calendar View is that you can drag your Non-Complete Tasks or Projects straight into the calendar using the 6 dots on the side of a task. So now you can easily drag a task into the calendar view to see its time period set in date.

(One Thing To Note: ONLY UNCHECKED or UNCOMPLETE Tasks/Projects are shown. If it’s complete it won’t show in the Calendar View)

<aside> <img src="/icons/info-alternate_gray.svg" alt="/icons/info-alternate_gray.svg" width="40px" /> This is a Table Chart of all your Incomplete Tasks or Projects. Once you complete a task or project, it will automatically be sent to the “Complete Tasks/Projects” Section.

To add a new Task/Project, just click on the “+ New” button in the Table Chart. Then you can add the Title Name you want.

Upon opening a Task/Project, you can see a list of steps to complete the task/project. You can also drag Tasks/Projects into the Calendar for TimeBlocking.

This will convert all the completed tasks/projects into a “trash” task/project which basically means that it can be deleted. A trash task/project will be sent two its own view as you can see right beside the “Complete” task/project view. Every so often it’s recommended to check out the trash view to see all the completed tasks/projects in the “trash” and to delete them as they are clutter.
